Brain&Mind inform you about how we process the personal data we receive not only when you browse our website (https://www.brainandmind.fr).
1. Treatment of data received when browsing the site brainandmind.fr
The website brainandmind.fr/, (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), is provided by the Brain & Mind association. For more information about the publisher of the Site, you can consult the Legal Information section.
Unless otherwise indicated in the following chapters, the legal basis for the processing of your personal data results from the fact that such processing is necessary to provide you with the functionalities of the Site (Art. 6 (1) (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
2. Access to the site
When you access the Site, your browser transmits certain data to our web server. This is necessary for technical reasons and to provide you with the information you are looking for. To facilitate access to our Site, the following data is collected, used and stored for a limited period of time:

- Time zone
- content of the information requested
3. Use of the contact forms on our Site
This Website contains various contact forms that allow you to contact us directly.
In the event that you wish to contact us through these forms, you will be required to provide us with the following information: Name, first name, email address, employer, function, general purpose of your request.
We will collect, process and use the information you have provided to us via this contact form exclusively to process your request.
4. Subscribe to our news and receive information from Brain&Mind
If you wish, you can subscribe to our news and receive public information from Brain & Mind via our Site by completing a dedicated form. Based on your prior consent, we collect the following information via this form: name, first name, email address, company. We will use the email address you provide to us to provide you with this public information. For this subscription, we use a “simple consent” procedure, i.e. you consent to receive our news and public information from Brain & Mind as soon as you fill in the dedicated form. However, after subscribing, and at any time, you can unsubscribe freely by using the link at the bottom of each email or by writing to communication@brainandmind.fr.
5. External services or content on our Site
Our Site may include third party services and/or content. When using these third-party services or when third-party content is displayed, communication data is exchanged between you and the relevant provider for technical reasons.
The provider in question may also process your data for purposes other than those originally set. To our knowledge, the services and contents offered are configured in such a way that they are only offered to you if you have given your consent to use them. They will process your personal data, only according to our instructions and in accordance with our directives and in accordance with the European Data Protection Regulation EU/2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (“RGPD”).
7. Data processing outside the EU/EEA
Your data may also be processed in part in countries located outside the European Union (“EU”) or the European Economic Area (“EEA”) which may have a lower level of data protection than European countries. In such cases, Brain&Mind ensures that a sufficient level of protection is provided for your data, for example by entering into specific agreements with our contractual partners, or we will ask for your explicit consent to this type of processing.

In accordance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data and the provisions of the RGPD, you have the following rights with respect to the data that concerns you:
- right to information about your personal data that we store;
- right to request the correction, deletion, or restricted processing of your personal data;
- right to object to processing for reasons of legitimate interest, public interest or profiling, unless we can demonstrate that legitimate and compelling reasons prevail over your interests, rights and freedoms, or that such processing is carried out for the purposes of asserting, exercising or defending legal claims;

9. Modification of our privacy and personal data processing policy
We are committed to a policy of continuous improvement of our privacy and personal data processing policy, in particular since the entry into force of the European Data Protection Regulation EU/2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (“RGPD”). Thus, during this process of continuous improvement, we may have to update this policy. Updates to it will be published on our Site and any changes will come into force as soon as they are posted on our Site.
